Return & Refund Policy
At Ya Doctory, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction and provide high-quality home healthcare services. This policy outlines the conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Doctor or Nursing Visits
• Visits can be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the visit may incur administrative fees or partial deductions.
• If the doctor or nurse has already arrived and the service has started, no refund will be issued.
2. Medical Tests
• Test requests may be canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Once a sample has been collected, refunds are not available.
3. Physiotherapy Sessions
• Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment with no extra fees.
• For prepaid packages, only unused sessions may be refunded, provided cancellation is requested at least 48 hours in advance.
4. Medical Equipment Rental
• A full refund is available if the rental is canceled before delivery.
• If the equipment has been delivered, charges for actual usage and delivery fees will be deducted.
• Refunds will not be issued for equipment that has been damaged due to misuse.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval of the request.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
• Medical services that have already been provided or started.
• No-show cases without prior notice.
• Requests that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
